FHA / HUD Foundation Assessments
Are you buying a manufactured home or mobile home? If you are getting an FHA loan, you will likely need an engineer to assess the home’s foundation to see if it meets the intent of HUD guidelines.
FHA/HUD Foundation Assessments
We can assess the existing foundation of your manufactured, modular or mobile home to see if it meets HUD guidelines for an FHA loan. If the foundation does meet HUD guidelines, we will provide a letter for you to use in your FHA loan application.
If your foundation does not meet HUD guidelines, we can provide guidance and direction on how to modify the foundation for HUD compliance. Once the modifications are complete, we can then provide a letter for you to use in your FHA loan application.
Additions and Porches (MCHSS)
We can also assess porches and additions attached to your manufactured home to determine if their construction meets compliance with the HUD Manufactured Home Construction Safety and Standards (MHCSS).

We also offer a quick turn around on inspections, and likely can get to your project with in one or two business days. Letters can be issued and signed on the same day, provided the inspection passes.
